A Very Jerry Brown Halloween

UPDATE: It happened.  And sounded like this:

California gubernatorial candidate Jerry Brown is scheduled to appear at the Samoa Cookhouse on Sunday morning.  KHUM will broadcast live from the event.

Humboldt County Democratic Central Committee officials said that the event will start at 8am, and Jerry Brown is expected to address the public at 9am.  

In an interview yesterday, HCDCC member Andrew Bird told KHUM that, despite the 150-capacity of the room Brown is to speak in, everyone is invited and some seats will remain open for members of the general public.  

Brown will speak in the banquet room, but much of the Samoa Cookhouse, including the parking lot, will have speakers.  

Bird told the Times-Standard: ”Even if we can't get everybody into the breakfast because of limited seating capacity, everybody is invited to show up and will be able to hear the rally.”
