Yoga for Riders

This is a fun, all levels yoga class to increase strength, flexibility, and balance for all riders. No matter what your board or wheely toy of choice may be-- skateboard, surf, snowboard, bmx, motorcycle, scooter, skates, blades, Tonka truck, big wheel, or roller racer. Whatever you ride, this class is for you. A beginner's mind is welcome and encouraged; no prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of ours. This class is by donation. Give to Namaskate, so we can pursue our mission: to empower each other to skate, meditate & educate.
