The Electoral College vs. The Popular Vote
Charles Biles, Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at Humboldt State University, will be speaking on campus on November 7, 4-5pm, at the third floor HSU Library Scholars Lab on “The Electoral College vs. The Popular Vote.” What is the Electoral College System and how does it differ from a Popular Vote? The differences are dazzling and of interest to journalism, politics, government, history, and mathematics. Voter registration materials will be available for those who want to take home a form or signup on the spot. Come, be enlightened, be dazzled, and make a difference.
