The 27th Annual Letter Carriers' Food Drive
Saturday, May 11th is the Letter Carriers' Food Drive! Every year, the NALC gathers donations from our communities doorsteps. Pick up extra cans at the grocery store or anything you are willing to donate that is not expired or in glass. We will gather over 35,000 pounds of food for Humboldt county which will cover a quarter of this year’s food needs. It is our biggest single day donation, which means we need a lot of help. Last year we had over 80 volunteers help sort cans in Eureka and Arcata. Let's stamp out hunger together. If you have time to volunteer, it is perfect for families, organizations, groups, and friends.
