Who knew grapes would become Humboldt’s cash crop? Still a small, emerging industry, Humboldt does have one of the oldest AVAs established back in 1983. Join local winemaker, Wil Franklin, for a tour through the wines and history of Humboldt County wines.
As this is a Zoom course, you will want to purchase a bottle (or two) of Humboldt County grown wine at your favorite wine retailer. Any producer will do, but the wine will have to have Humboldt or Willow Creek on the front label. That signifies where the grapes are grown for that wine.
