Sacred Embodiment Healing Activation
You are invited to activate your body mind and spirit through these sacred practices and get empowered and aligned with your soul by receiving:
a Tantric Kundalini yoga session, a 5th Awakening Breathwork session, and a Kuan Yuin transmission.
Each healing session is 45 and will follow in the order above. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a pillow.
Our time together will be supported by gentle music, warm and soft energy to support relaxation and healing. There will be a beautiful altar for holding our intentions and prayers. If you have any questions please email me.
