Reverso: A Chamber Jazz Ensemble
Continuing a century of mutual inspirations between two expansive and overlapping musical worlds, Reverso traces the intersection of jazz and classical back to Ravel, Debussy, and their contemporaries. Featuring Ryan Keberle (trombone) with his French collaborators Frank Woeste (piano) and Vincent Courtois (cello), Reverso blends “pulsating motifs, long painterly lines, open fields and pointillist statements into a fascinating whole” (Jazz Times).
