RedRumsey, Ensemble Economique, CV, Opossum Sun Trail
Come out on a Monday evening to enjoy a night of rock n’ roll madness and ecstatic musical fantasies.
Headliner RedRumsey is the brainchild of Vern Rumsey. His songwriting is a continuation of his work in music which has spanned decades. In the 90’s, Vern played bass in seminal post-hardcore outfit Unwound. He has also collaborated or performed with Blonde Redhead, Oslo and Fitz of Depression among others.
Three locals groups are also featured on this night of musical indulgence.
CV is a post-punk band playing a danceable mix of electronic, psych, and new wave sounds with sci-fi themes.
Ensemble Economique features swirling sounds and atmospheric landscapes which may very well induce psychedelic daydreams.
Finally, Opossum Sun Trail is self-described as “cosmic american cinematic drone primitivists.” Sounds intriguing, right?
