Feb. 4 - March 12, 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Mindfulness Meditation is paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with what is. You'll explore the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness in this 6 week course. You'll be given a variety of tools that will help you strengthen your practice. Register by Jan. 31.
