Lonny Grafman: To Catch the Rain
Friday, March 16 at 7 p.m., Northtown Books welcomes Lonny Grafman to talk about his new book from HSU Press, To Catch the Rain. To Catch the Rain is a book is for practitioners, DIYers, and community members looking for water solutions, as well as for students and teachers in environmental science, environmental studies, sustainable design, international development, engineering, and mathematics. Grafman tells stories of implementing rainwater from Mexico, the US, and Dominican Republic through effective collaborations with inspiring community organizations such as Otros Mundos Chiapas and Colectivo Revark.
