Kindness & Compassion Youth Yoga

Donation based. All proceeds in February will go directly to CASA of Humboldt. This is a cozy space for youth to explore breath work, short meditation, simple vinyasa flow and intro to yoga philosophy. Caregivers are welcome to stay and participate.
