Intro to Flow Arts and Fire Dance
This is part of the Zero to Fierce Women's Festival. This is an introduction to flow arts and fire dance movements with props. You will be able to sample Using different types of flow props and fire dance tools. Find out more about what flow arts is and the benefits of movement and flow in your life. Come learn from a professional fire dancer and gain new fun skills! No experience needed. Fire not included in this introductory indoor session. Bella is available for booking private lessons performances. Come join or Sunday evening “spin jam “sessions at Redwood Raks from 7 to 8 pm. The sessions are a great way to interact with others who are interested in learning flow arts at different levels and sharing with each other.Bella Vita Fire Dance company is a nonprofit and member of the Ink People Center for the Arts.
