Into the Woods

AllStar Theatre Arts is bringing the award winning Stephen Sondheim’s musical Into the Woods to the Eureka High School Auditorium. This dramatic, dark, and, at times, funny musical is based on several fairytales interweaving Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Bean Stalk and Rapunzel.

The play directed by Sarah van Dissel with musical direction by Carrie O’Neill comprises twenty-two local hard working kids and adults. The opening line “Once upon a time…" starts out just like any other story. However, not all is as it seems with a happily ever after.

Into the Woods opens 7pm Friday, November 16 at the Eureka High School Auditorium.
