Interpretative Field Techniques
Learn tips and techniques to help you share your love of the coast with others. We will be taking our time to explore a portion of the Trinidad Head Trail with interpretive naturalist Jenny Hanson, focusing on getting to know members of the plant community that make a living on this wind-swept rocky head. Meet in the parking area at the base of Trinidad Head.
Deepen your knowledge of and connection to Trinidad’s coastal environments through the Trinidad Coastal Naturalist Training Program. The training is open to anyone interested in learning more about the Trinidad Coast and how to share their interest with others. While you may take all or part of the training to expand your personal knowledge, the training is also designed to help prepare participants to volunteer for the Trinidad Coastal Land Trust. Participants who complete 25 hours of training and volunteer service receive a Trinidad Coastal Naturalist Certificate. Field session space is limited.
