Arcata Recreation and Instructor Atlantis Riddle offer INSANITY LIVE!, a dynamic, cardio-conditioning and athletic training class taught in a format that can be done by all fitness levels and ages. Classes are ongoing and offered weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the Redwood Lounge, Redwood Park Arcata from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. Master athletic training drills, strength and cardo conditioning while having a blast! Drop-In for only $5! Class will fly by. Leave feeling accomplished. Burn tons of calories while having fun. Atlantis Riddle is certified in Zumba, INSANITY LIVE, Pi Yo Live and P90X Live. She has a love for health and fitness and wants to share that love with you in a fun and safe environment that is inclusive to everyone.
