Florist, Doctor Foxmeat
Florist returns to play Arcata from New York City. Florist is a soft-synthesizer-friendship project of Emily Sprague, Rick Spataro, and Jonnie Baker.
Born in the Catskill Mountains in 2012, the three began making playing and recording together after discovering their shared love for many things musical and for each other. Florist “sings quiet, delicate songs filled with vivid memories” (NPR, Tiny Desk).
Also performing is local legend, Doctor Foxmeat, playing their brand of Doom Pop.
