Encore!
Encore! is a show produced and performed by Trillium Dance Studios’ Production Class. The show features performances by advanced students, with new works by student and faculty choreographers. Student choreographers include Ada Bavin, Marisa Mendosa, Olivia Oetker and Madison Stromberg. Solo artists include Kara Ajetunmobi, Kelby Cooper and guest performer Austin Silavong. The showcase includes various dance styles from ballet and contemporary, to tap and jazz. The Production Class at Trillium Dance is centered around giving students an opportunity to create a piece of their own and perform in a professional theater environment. Artistic Director Erin McKeever said, she had always dreamed of a showcase like this to allow students to immerse themselves in what they love, and to grow as dancers and performers through the process.
