Confident Cycling Clinic

Do you enjoy bicycling on the new Waterfront Trail but want to feel more safe and confident riding on city streets? Gain skills and experience in a supportive setting during a Confident Cycling Clinic on Sunday, April 29 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Zane Middle School (2155 S Street, Eureka). League of American Bicyclists Certified Instructors will share how to be visible, safe and predictable while riding in the roadway through both inside activities and a group ride within Eureka. Attendees will learn key rules of the road and get to practice skills before traversing city streets. Bring your own bike and helmet and get a free safety check or use one of ours. This event is free and lunch will be provided. Open to adults and youth aged 10 and up. And no special attire needed to ride bikes!
