Beer vs. Cider Dinner

Join us for our another Brewer Versus Dinner... This time it's Beer vs Cider!

We're excited to welcome Humboldt Cider Company for a friendly competition with our master brewer, Carlos. They'll go head to head, introducing their choices for each dish in your 5 course meal. Pairings have been carefully selected and you will be the judge!

Wednesday, April 24th Dinner Seating at 6:00pm sharp**plan for 2 hour dinner

Cost $75 per person, limited to 40 people. Ticket price includes a 5 course dinner - each course is paired with a 4oz cider tasting AND 4oz beer tasting

Menu:
Course #1: Flatbread Forester - Flatbread topped with garlic infused olive oil, asparagus, wild mushrooms, parmesan and fresh thyme, baked to perfection

Course #2: Split Pea Soup with Ham

Course #3: Zesty Caesar Wedge Salad - Fresh cut wedge of Baby Gem Lettuce topped with jalapeno-lime caesar dressing, shredded pepper jack cheese, tortilla strips and a roasted shishito pepper.

Course #4: Prime Rib Frites - Slow roasted Prime Rib, fried buttermilk wedge potatoes served over onion soubise and topped with a rich demi glace and micro greens. *This Entree will be served medium-rare

Course #5: Browned Butter Cake - Topped with strawberry coulis and fresh whipped cream
