I. ELIGIBILITY

Except as otherwise specified, KHUM contests are open to all KHUM listeners. Employees of KHUM, affiliates and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Winners must provide their social security number for prizes valued over $500. KHUM reserves the right at any time to award the prize to another eligible winner drawn at random in the event the prize, for any reason, cannot be utilized by the original winner or in the event the original winner does not meet eligibility requirements. KHUM contest winners can win once every 14 days for all regular contests where the prize is valued at less than $500. Winners may win only one time per year (365 days) for contests with prizes valued over $500.

II. GENERAL CONTEST ENTRY RULES

All winners will be notified by KHUM. KHUM is not responsible for any mechanical telephone error, failure or omission; or lost or misdirected mail or faxes, or neglect on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or e-mail service disruption. All rules and restrictions are subject to final review by KHUM and may be modified or the contest terminated at any time at our discretion. All entrants agree to release the use of their name and city of residence as well as the broadcast transmission of information pertaining to their entry, or prize-winning conversations, without additional consideration. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of the prizes, the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. In the case of Internet listening some of these rules may be void where prohibited. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
